In NYC, multifamily buildings are at the forefront of efforts to decarbonize. Rapidly developing technologies are a key contributor to New York’s burgeoning offshore wind industry. At Brooklyn’s Offshore Wind Innovation Hub (OWIH), startups in this space are both accelerating the growth of offshore wind and forming a new community.
